Due to an issue re previous orders, we are putting this form in place to best track any new coaches kit requests.   This form is for any new coach or coaching assistant to provide their size details and preferences regarding official club attire.

Orders take 28 days, however this maybe sooner.   

If there is an issue with your order we will contact you directly.  If you are missing anything please let a committee member know.

Sizing is important, please use the link below to download the coaches pack and view the sizing matrix.  It is recommend you visit Macron in Kettering and ask to try on the coaches pack before putting in an order.
